    We discovered Rino's through a cars.com search and found pricing on a used Honda Odyssey to be much more reasonable than dealers closer to our home in Fort Wayne.  We made the nearly hour and a half journey to Celina and we were not disappointed.  We found Roger to be very pleasant and knowledgeable and not pushy at all.  We had done our research on fair market pricing on the van, and for the mileage and condition of the vehicle it was the best deal within a 100 mile radius.  We would recommend the drive to Rino's for outstanding service and quality vehicles.

  • MY EXPERIENCE
    Roger-



    When I began my jeep search, I only searched at jeep dealers in Lima as well as Fort Wayne. Salesmen in both locations were extremely helpful and made me feel that buying a car was my decision and did not pressure me into buying, but it didn't feel right. I had been searching since November 2016 for a jeep and nothing felt right. It was either the price wasn't right or the color was off or the jeep simply did not have everything I wanted. I was driving in celina in early March and saw a white Jeep Cherokee at Rino's. I drove passed and assumed it was not in my price range. I continued to pass Rino's a few more times and decided to stop one Sunday afternoon. I saw that the jeep had everything I wanted and decided to call Rino's to inquire more about the vehicle. To my surprise, all of my questions were answered and never once was I asked when I planned to come look at it or if I could test drive it that day as I was used to hearing. Puzzled by this I asked Roger if I could come look at the jeep and he said of course. When I arrived, I found the jeep in the exact condition I was promised and it was waiting for me in the front like I was promised. I was surprised by this because this had never been the case in the past. I drove the jeep and knew right away this was the jeep for me. I was treated like family and never pressured into a purchase. The process was quick and painless and Roger explained everything throughout the entire process. I never second guessed if I wanted to go through with the purchase: I knew this was who I wanted to go through. I am so thankful I stopped at Rino's and talked to Roger.

    Rino's had a great selection of like new vehicles and prices so good that it was worth the drive up from Columbus. Roger was excellent to work with. I spoke with him the day before and he had the SUV we wanted ready to go when we arrived. Everything was just as Roger promised on the phone. This was the easiest car purchase I have ever done and Rino's had better prices on newer cars than anyone in Columbus. I will definitely call Roger first the next time I am looking for a vehicle.

    My husband and I recently worked with Roger to purchase a new 2017 GMC Acadia Denali. Although a bit outside of the box for Rino's Auto Sales, very well known in our area for their high quality used vehicles, Roger went above and beyond to complete the ordering of our new vehicle. Some may wonder why we chose to work with Rino's to purchase a new vehicle. There are several reasons:

  • CONVERTIBLE

    Our daughter will be needing a car this summer to commute for a college internship, so we decided to find a newer, sportier car for ourselves. No need for another family car. She will use the older Mazda. We spent a lot of time online and at used car lots looking & looking for an affordable, in our budget, used convertible. Contacted Roger Langenkamp at Rinos Auto Sales, narrowed down our choices and he started looking. Within a short time he found a really nice 2007 Mazda MX5 Miata for us. It was 230 miles away.

    He offered to go up with another employee, check it out and make a deal if we agreed. We agreed knowing and trusting he would not come back with it if it wasn't good. He negotiated with the other dealer and drove it back to Rinos, had it prepped for us and we met the following evening. We took it for a drive and made the deal, it being a very fair and within our budget price. Roger took care of bank financing, temp tags, etc. He even threw in some floor mats that didn't come with it, knowing rain was expected the next day or two. Quick and easy and we were off with the top down! Zoom Zoom Zoom!

    A five ***** experience at Rinos which is why we keep coming back after 14 years, our two other cars are from them! Their service department is outstanding as well, we've been using them for several years now.

    Thank you for all your help with getting my Nissan Altima 2014.  I was recently in a car accident and was on a fixed budget, and you did everything in your power to accommodate my wishes. I previously had a Nissan Altima 2012 and loved it!   From Dayton I was searching for this exact car within 150 mile radius, and I'm so happy I ran into Rino's.
     After speaking on the phone with you all morning, you had already test drove the car, pulled up CARFAX, and had all the fluids checked before I even came to look at the car. When I came to pick up the car, everything was organized and ready to go. You had all the paperwork ready and even  cleaned the car on last time before I drove home.  You were a wonderful salesman, very professional, polite, and timely.  I was originally from the area, so it was refreshing to get a deal from a local looking out for you.     This is Jay Dreyer we bought a 2014 civic from you yesterday 

     
     I wanted to thank you again for flying around yesterday and getting us set up and out the door. We had so much fun driving the car home I didnt even see the windmill farm, never saw one to busy playing with car stuff, Probably shouldn't have been driving? You were right about long commute in civic, I think I was more comfortable on 3 1/2 hour trip in 98 accord. Other then that it was a great day to have moon roof open and a more then decent stereo playing. 
     
       Also I kept asking about the civic  manual, we get home to find 98 manual here, we can pack mail it down to you. If you end up selling that car make sure you let folks know I was annual about changing that oil every 3 to 5 thousand miles and the car never was in a accident while we own it..... I would take a polygraph test on both issues and pass. 
     
     On a side note you said you would shoot me a carfax on our truck when you got a chance....

    Hi Roger,

       Now that we’ve had the Acura MDX for a week I wanted to let you know we are very happy with the purchase and look forward to driving it every day.   My wife drove home the day we bought it  (even though the weather was kind of crappy)  and loved it.   

       The experience we had in buying the car from Rino’s was top notch.  Both you and Scott were excellent to work with and made working with Rino’s a pleasure. It was 4 degrees and windy the  day I stopped to drive the MDX and it was pulled up to the door,  clean, running and warm when I arrived.  Can’t beat that.  The no-pressure approach was appreciated and great since it resulted in a very fair price on my trade and likewise a very fair price on the Acura.  

      You’ve got an excellent dealership with beautiful clean vehicles,  something you can’t help but spot when driving by.

    I called Rino's about a low mileage 2008 Civic Si they had listed for sale at a great price. Roger spoke with me and gave me the car details. I live 80 miles from Rino's, and did not want to travel that far without someone's guarantee of the car's excellent condition. Upon arrival, I was surprised at just how nice the car was. Just like Roger had promised, the car  was pristine. The Rino's facility itself is TOP NOTCH. Most factory dealerships aren't anywhere near as clean as Rino's. Roger worked with me on the financing and got me a great rate. I'd do business with them again in a heartbeat.

    I had a problem with a Honda Odyssey. It was not the in your face type problem but a small annoying type problem. It was not always present, it would come and go. I took this van back to Rino's several times to have it fixed. Bryan, in the service department was always very professional. He would listen to my problem, ask questions and then try to fix it. Bryan never once made me feel uneasy, he was always courteous and considerate. To make this story short, Bryan did fix my Odyssey and never once did I feel like I was pain in his back side. I bought my van from Rino's for the service and I was not disappointed.

    We purchased the 2007 SS Monte Carlo and I wanted to post a testimonial on the site about our experience.

    Terry and Ron were GREAT and very professional! We drove from Columbus Ohio after seeing the car online. Terry and Ron stayed open late for us, made sure the car was in tip top shape, AND worked with us on the rest of the down payment! I have dealt with many car dealers in the past but my experience with Rino's has been by far the best experience.
